Yesterday's weather was perfect... for yoga.

Yesterday was too good to not double gram. 🙏
Thanks for being a bud. 🌊
Happy birthday to two of my best friends. Thank you both for being amazing friends, more importantly, amazing and inspiring people. The best is yet to come. 💕
I made a few very questionable choices this weekend. I'm thrilled impulsively buying Boston Calling tickets was not one. Life sucks sometimes, but amazing music and even more amazing friends makes it easier. ✨
I never post long, cheesy captions or personal ones, but here it is. This photo was taken while I was lying down on a bench on the edge of the Akershus Fortress, with barely anyone around. I had a moment where I thought to myself that "this is what pure bliss feels like." In that moment, I felt that I was exactly where I needed to be, both physically and emotionally. This feeling also felt so fleeting. Since I've gotten home from my trip, I've been having many feelings of doubt and instability, which at times also is getting projected onto others. It's similar to how I felt the first time I returned from a lengthy adventure. Thinking back to how I felt in this moment gives me stability, a sense of grounding, and a assuring feeling that I am enough.
Helen and your favorite disappointment.

Forever thankful for rad weekends and rad friends. Be back soon, DC.
Overcoming the Sunday Scaries: step one. Shout out to this one for being the buddest of buds, down for whatever, doing millennial things like biking to yoga and drinking nitro coffee in succulent/stationary shops, drinking pitchers instead of just a drink, and being dragged to random emo concerts in MD on a Sunday night.
