Hot sun + a snake sighting + ankles covered in dirt + hair caked in salt.
7pm—Summer. Sunshine. Savasana. (come do yoga with me / flier for @lululemon)
That Millcreek Canyon annual pass was a good idea. Summer trail runs up here are the best (we just need to quit running at peak heat). View from Terraces 🌲

Is it paws-ible to love any doggo more?
Make your ego porous. Will is of little importance, complaining is nothing, fame is nothing. Openness, patience, receptivity, solitude is everything. —Rainer Maria Rilke #thisisyoga
Sauropods and pterosaurs once lived here.
I pretended the dinosaurs were right there, running beside me.

Sunshine and smiles (and biting gnats, a poppy ankle and the prettiest Easter views).
A small portion of an illustrated map for Sandy City.
Sitting out with an ankle injury has made me appreciate the mountains so much more. I miss the trails and the feeling you get when you're catching your breath going up a climb or the wind at your face when you're flying down a descent. Not being out here feels like a part of me is missing. Heal faster ankle.
