Sitting out with an ankle injury has made me appreciate the mountains so much more. I miss the trails and the feeling you get when you're catching your breath going up a climb or the wind at your face when you're flying down a descent. Not being out here feels like a part of me is missing. Heal faster ankle.

Greetings from Split Rock Bay.
A year ago, we adopted this sassy little critter. She brings so much happiness to my life. The past year has been full of exploring trails, games of frisbee, nudging inanimate objects with her nose and endless amounts of snuggles. I'm so glad she's a part of my family.
