On the real, I haven't put up much info lately. So here's something to run with. Most guys do neutral bicep curls to build up their arm size. Theirs actually a muscle that lies right under the bicep that is activated most when using a neutral grip such as hammer curls or reverse grip curls. This muscle is responsible for a lot of the width in your arms. The regular bicep curls you see in the gym are to develop a peak that sits on top of this muscle.
