Today's run.... ugghhhhhh.  Woke up achy and sore all over.  Went out and got it done , although not one minute of it was enjoyable today.  Reminding myself that it is important to practice running on tired legs.  Thinking ahead to tomorrow's hard, tempo run and knowing I need to do whatever I can to help my body recover today to be ready to work hard.  Starting with #ampedrecover to get those helpful BCAAs.  Eating well balanced meals today with protein, carbs, and healthy fats.  Definitely an epsom salt bath later.  Then to bed at a decent time to get a good night's sleep!! #healthpriorities #momonamission #marathontraining #isafueled
