I know I’m a day late, but really, there’s no wrong day to celebrate women. In my life, I’ve been blessed with some of the most incredible and inspiring women anyone could ask for. Some of my greatest friendships are with women who are shaping our youth in their most formative years, and women who are helping to heal our youth in their most tragic and vulnerable years. There are the badass women who conquer mountains, who ride motorcycles, who throw axes, and who transform empty spaces into incredible works of art. There are my 2 amazing sisters who are constantly teaching me about life, love, and lint (no, really). And of course there is @missmols1 who is constantly teaching me how to be a better person, and how to make the world a better place. I’m so lucky to be blessed with so many incredible and inspiring women in my life, but none of those listed above compare to this woman right here. Just over a week ago, after 88 years, the world lost the strongest and most inspiring woman I’ve ever known. I’ll miss you every single day Nana. Thank you for encouraging me to enjoy life, be good, and be happy. This day, and every day, is for you. And for all you other amazing women in my life, keep kicking ass.
