So I've had my Weds night BODYPUMP class for a while now, and tonight we hit a bit of a milestone with 25 people in the class! 馃馃帀
Feels awesome 馃檶馃槃 For the rest of week I've got my regular classes and a few I'm covering:
Thu 06:45 GRIT Cardio
Thu 19:00 GRIT Plyo
Fri 06:45 GRIT Strength
Fri 17:45 GRIT Cardio
Fri 18:30 BODYPUMP
Sun 18:00 BODYPUMP

Decided to do a spot of rowing 馃殻 5 x 500m intervals with 1 min recovery between, with a focus on technique after watching a few tutorials 馃憣 got my HR up and something to aim for next time! 馃槄鉁
