The flip turned out just fine, and the cake is tasty. I think next time I'll add some extra minutes to the bake time, but there's not much to complain about here. #glutenfree#realflourisstillbetter
My first attempt baking with gluten-free flour. This was a combination of different rice flours. The cake fell just a little after it came out, but otherwise looks okay (and smells amazing). After it has cooled, we'll see how well it holds up on the flip.
