Some tiny mushrooms and moss growing between giant boulders. They kinda looked like a happy little forest Bob Ross would paint. I don't know, but they were cool looking.
Just getting around to sifting through some of my shots from July 4th. Really love the light show.
Here's a little shot I took early July at a local fair. I like it just as much as all the fireworks photos out there.
Here's been my day. Standing in a hole, crawling with 💩while fitting together PVC plumbing so my tenants can have a working septic tank.
After a while of just overcast skies, the rain let loose and I had to work underneath a tarp. It was raining and I couldn't get the last pieces to fit together. I was losing strength fast and could feel the effort draining out of me. I began to worry. Quite a bit.
Muddy and tired, I did the only thing I knew how to do. I asked God for a little help. I asked that he stop the rain. I asked that he help me fit that last little bit with the strength I had left.
A few minutes later, the rain did stop. And though the piece didn't fit at first, I was able to push it on there and finish the job.
I want to thank God for his help today. I also want to thank Larry, my Father in law for all he did to prep the site and all his work.
Family, together for July 4th celebrations (on the 3rd).
