Completed Couch to 5K this morning. Also started to build my aerobic base so I can run longer with less effort. This entails being a slave to the heart rate monitor. Below are the results. Gotta start somewhere.
Started eating a #ketogenicdiet on 7/11 and have lost 9.2lbs in two weeks. Down a total of 47.4lbs since 5/9. Almost finished with #c25k and I have my eyes set on bigger and better things. If you are thinking about doing something, anything at all related to bettering your health, just do it... start right this second!
