#throwback to 3 days ago. After skipping for 15 mins & about 125 reps of various exercises. I wrapped up with this. Split up doing 10,10 & 5. My arms & biceps were totally tired after I finished! #michaelcsmfitness

Just successfully held on to a raised plank for 3 mins on this TRX. After completing 15 mins of skipping, 85 reps of free weights (chest exercises today), 30 Weighted Squats & 30 Weighted Calf Raises and 60 ab/core exercises. Mucho respect to a whole bunch of my friends who took part in marathons & races today. There was a lot going on! All I managed was my 300 rep full body circuit (video in my bio) & a quick swim. But felt good nonetheless!
