Papa in his staple get-up: Spartan slippers and faded cap atop a rock at the famous Punta back in our hometown. This was the same day that I once again hit rock bottom and he took me to a place he knows, by heart, would never fail to make me feel better; the beach. He neither said anything comforting nor did he make a motivational speech. He's just there, talking about random things I know nothing about. Until, while we're on our way back to our house, he said something that not only made me feel better in a whole 'nother level, but also, once again, confirmed for the nth time that I truly am his daughter: "NAK PALIT TA BEER. NAGPA LECHON KO PARA PANIHAPON" My friend, if that's not "fatherly instinct", I don't what else to call it 😂
A few things would perfectly describe my father; UNREASONABLE, STUBBORN and ANNOYING. But he has the softest heart for the people he cares about and he's willing to go hell-bent just to provide us with everything that we need, no matter how capable we already are to provide for ourselves. Would NEVER trade you for the world, DADONG. Happy father's day!
Your BUGOY ❤️
Two photos taken two years apart. Parang walang friendship jar na nag crack 😅 two years came by so fast and here we are on the same spot. Nothing's changed that much apart from our hair length and alcohol tolerance HAHA! Welcome home, my Britney!!! 😘👯
Take me back to this weather!!! 😩
