Finally got to try this restaurant by Alice Waters - Chez Panisse last night. I love your philosophy in using high-quality ingredients, where the food is sourced locally, organically, and sustainably grown. Appropriate for Earth Day 🌏. Food was slightly under-seasoned, but I can appreciate the crisp flavors of fresh ingredients.

2 of my favorite plants found at farmer's market. They dried perfectly in my room, and continue to lightly fragrant my bedroom w/ a light, clean smell. I love eucalyptus for their wonderful scent and these bright yellow drumsticks that add a perfect pop of color.
