Our two have the best plan for a day like today. Pyjamas all the way. It's great when we get these 5 minutes of quietness. Let it be longer from now on. And hooray for rainy Saturdays #dadlife
Might need a lifeboat in a moment ☔
Happy times. This is probably the only time I don't mind being in the kitchen when everyone is tucking in their pizzas. Only two at a time on this little oven. No one complains. I get to knead. Bliss 🍕
After such a dramatic softball game (that we lost) it's lovely to lose (ha!) myself on my photo gallery. I have the best babes in the world. Tru dat. #prouddad#proudhusband#dadlife
That pick me up that one needs before picking up the older one, getting him to swimming lessons on the other side of town, drive back and get on the bike again to the other side of town for this week's softball match versus the Sentinels (ie super fit PE teachers that decided to take up softball). I needed this awesome @cocoricopatisserie cake, full of pistachio goodness.
Last day of circus school today at the ever awesome @nofit_state_circus Today we, the parents, were allowed to go in with the kids and see what it is that they actually do when they're there. It was awesome! Bits of aerial, human pyramids, sticks, plates and a variety of stuff. Was only disappointed not being able to show my diabolo skills off 😈
That is one unsuspecting lady there. I've been meaning to pop round and check the dragons that have made the National Museum their home. As I rode past yesterday and all the graduation partays were going on in the gardens I had the entrance all by myself (and that girl). Now all I need is to take the little people in to check them out. Oh! If you're not aware, this year dragons have hatched up at Caerphilly castle and have now been brought to the museum. You'll only see this in Wales.
Hard to believe that this was shot 2 days ago where Summer had turned into Winter (or as some say Summer in Wales) and today is brighter than a sunny side up egg. Whilst I appreciate the moodiness that comes with the Welsh weather I would still ask for days like today's. Still had plenty of fun with the legion of kids we had joining us for the weekend. Scored a few goals against a 6 year old that made me feel I could still make it. Good times.
We even saved this domesticated flamingo from two selfish girls. I can positively say that he was much happier being used as a bumper animal. #truestory
Came back from West Wales right on time for this year's edition of the annual Waterloo Fête. Someone really needed a rest. And has possibly found this holidays' reading material. Knowing that I'll be the one aiding the reading, I can't wait. My dadness approves #dadslife
One of the things we always wanted was that the one on the left got along with the one on the right and vice-versa. So far so good. Apart from some weird sort of elderly interaction that involves banging on tables whilst mumbling words that the little one finds super interesting. Still, brotherly love is awesome ❤ #bestbuds#dadslife
