I was tagged by @tuesdays.grey to share what I am currently reading. This is what I am currently reading on my kindle (by Caitlin Doughty) I have been thinking a lot about the ritual we have in our culture around death and mourning so I thought this would be a good read (& so far it is)
I've tagged a few other people so share if you want to.
Bunny update - having an afternoon nap in the sunshine
I haven't been posting much lately because it has been as much as I could do to just keep my head above water. The election has been weighing heavy on my mind and the anxiety has been building up. Rather than staying home last night and refreshing social media, I snapped up the chance to go and see @theguiltyfeminist being recorded at Warwick Arts Centre with my pal @kittielynch. It was just what I needed and I don't even hate the pic she took of us! #guiltyfeministpodcast
Saw this teeny tiny bunny twice today. What a cutie!
This was on the way out from my polling station #votelabour
Ok, real talk time - I am struggling a lot with depression and feelings of hopelessness at the moment. As some of you already know - my beloved grandmother died last week age 92 and I am feeling very small and sad about that as well as anxious about the state of the world and the upcoming election. I guess it will pass but right now everything is a struggle and I just want to be asleep all the time.
