My ❤️ goes out to the person who wired up this car hidden under a platform, not easily or immediately visible from anywhere. You are a closer. A true model-building closer. Here's to finishing the backside of the bookcase. 🍺
I don't recall having seen a 220SE before today. What a great looking rear roof-line. Possibly even worth the total lack of safety/protection relative to their modern counterparts. Soul or safety...choose one.
Our guide Mohammed preparing to lead us into the ancient city of Jerash, which the Romans knew as Gerasa. He wasn't easy to photograph, but with Lea behind the camera and a beating sun he was totally disarmed. The ruins in Jerash make a fantastic and highly accessible attraction, one we were lucky enough to visit at the exact same moment as every grade school in northern Jordan. More about that later. #jordan
More from the Barber of Rainbow Street, …and some aftermath. All but one in this series was taken by my daughters – the first two by my oldest, and the last one improvised by my youngest as we climbed a staircase (clean-shaven) at our hotel the next morning. More to come from their eyes – the best photos from our trip by a mile. #latergram#jordan
In the extremely skilled hands of Mohammed, father of Hamza...your straight-shave goto in Amman, Jordan.
