Three 5 minute AMRAPS of FUN today!! Increasing weight rounds of "The Chief" (115/135/155) with max calorie bike in remaining time.  Held on for dear life on the bike (as seen by the look on my face πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚)

Operation: Balls to the Wall in full effect πŸ˜‚ no more playing it safe/conservative in workouts.  Learning to mentally work through the hurt and KEEP MOVING.  That stuff's temporary. πŸ’ͺ🏻

Workout 5 DONE βœ… those muscle ups felt pretty solid!  Little bummed I ran out of gas with 2 minutes to go but TEACHABLE MOMENT! @thegranitegames

I call this one "This is fine...everything's fine..." πŸ”₯ πŸ”₯πŸ”₯ anyone who's ever attempted DT (five rounds of deadlifts, hang cleans, and push jerks) knows how much it suck at RX (155#). At 185#, it's SO MUCH BETTER πŸ˜‚ biggest enemy for this AMRAP was the humidity.  That barbell was soaked by round two!  Good news is the weight wasn't ever an issue.  Couldn't even feel it, tbh.  On to the next @thegranitegames Qualifier!

So next 3 @thegranitegames qualifiers for Team of 3 were released tonight.  First reaction? "Holy sh*t!" πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚πŸ˜‚ The double under/thrusters/muscle up AMRAP might be the toughest thing I've done since @thewodapalooza. 
That said, it's going to be fun as hell to do!  Also, if my teammates get their first muscle ups in the process?  I don't care where we finish in the standings!  That'll be huge!

Competing in CrossFit is meant to be fun.  Even if the workouts look terrifying, embrace the suck and enjoy the experience πŸ’ͺ🏻
