Getting a little "Inside Baseball" with this post... In our latest #podcast (available in the link in my profile), we talk about how keeping track of your workouts/food is INCREDIBLY helpful in maximizing your fitness program. I'll use myself as an example: I use both Beyond The Whiteboard (@beyondthewhiteboard) and MyFitnessPal (@myfitnesspal) on a daily basis.
Because of that, I can see where my workouts and abilities need work (more heavy WODs coming...) and how I'm doing reaching my caloric and macronutrient goals (so far, so good today). These are low/no cost solutions that take minimal effort to use, but help attain maximum results. 💪🏻
A little @romwod before another day of squats. Lighter than Monday (180 vs. 270) but the pause at the bottom evened things out. Mobility's better and soon enough I'll be hanging with @coachgpredators BUT with the technique to back it up 👍🏻
Soon I'll be taking on limbo contests 😂 two weeks of working this drill and it's FINALLY starting to feel good 👍🏻 now off to row on my active rest day 💦
Neither of us wanted to do DT. Both of us did it anyway and better than expected. This is life during Masters qualifiers for @coachgpredators and @thegranitegames prep for me 💪🏻
My hips miss my old narrow stance SO MUCH 😂 mobility drills and @romwod helping make these squats feel a little more comfortable with a wider stance. Just keep grinding!

The many faces of @crossfitgames Open. Favorite workout was 17.2 (mainly because YEEEEEAH I've got bar muscle ups) and least favorite was 17.1 (damn you, dumbbell snatches). Happy with my progress, moving up 50,000 spots worldwide into the top 20%. Wouldn't have been able to get this far without @coachgpredators and @crossfitpredators and 2018? Gunning for Regionals (or at least top 10% in the world)!
