More playing around on pull-up bars. This time doing plyo pull-ups like the guy from Arrow, as requested by @philwithey 😂😂
So, first time back in a 'regular' non-F45 gym for a few months - I thought I'd see what had improved or worsened in that time. ▫️
After 6 months of not doing heavy deadlifts I seem to be able to lift about the same - 1.9 x body weight is what I was on last year. .
Bench press seemed better - 0.75 x body weight wasn't a problem, and I only didn't go heavier as I didn't have anyone to spot me. ▫️
My mobility is better - I was struggling with reverse burpees last year. Now I can do the single leg versions 👍
And my cardio is obviously way better, as left to my own devices I don't do any, so Pipeline, Bears and Hollywood are all great for that 💦💦💦
