😆So glad my choux turns up well despite the fact I only practise making it now (about a month from when I learnt), & I forgotten to add the milk into the mixture... 😅
The piping of batter is important to produce nice choux.
After they are baked and chilled, filled with smbc, and they are so delicious. 😄

Made the easy smbc with egg white powder. Actually this is my 2nd time making smbc (using egg white powder again). No mess. ✌
I had took a break from work temporary. And it had been for a month since then.😌 Today, I went to make choux pastry.😍 Omg... It was not easy. Very tedious, but, it was an accomplishment to be able to bake a puffy full of creme custard. 🙂🙃☺ Now the challenge beings, as if I am able to reproduce the same tasty choux as being instructed. 🤔
