Loving the rainbow 🌈 of ingredients for my lunch dressing today. So thankful for my beloved @emmanuelamujica who bartered a work trade for a biweekly bin of farm fresh produce with @montclaircsa lovingly raised by the angels at @hepworthfarms
We got an awesome line up here:
Kelp, tomato, carrot, lemon, fennel, cucumber, celery, oregano, Basil. I blended it all up with some homemade pineapple-chard kimchi. Dang!! Epic salad explosion 💥
As a young man I would always make faces in the mirror that hung on the wall right in front of me as I tried desperately to care about doing my homework. Thankfully the refined facial contortions have all been passed down to my offspring. And yes, we love swimming in waterfalls.
Dinner is served :) My detox watermelon drink 🍹
Heal All Tea
Brewing up a batch for my frost day of deep detox on the cellular level. This is self-healing and it all starts with self-love.
I continue to become a better me to serve my family, friends and my world.
Enjoying the first day of the deep detox. Going after parasites, candida, fungal overgrowth, kidney filtration, lymph movement, skin clearing and overall wellness. These formulas are blended by Dr. Morse, an badass Naturopathic wise man. I have really enjoyed learning about detox through his YouTube videos and book "The Detox Miracle Sourcebook: Raw Foods and Herbs for Complete Cellular Regeneration". My diet today was grapes, grape juice, lemon juice, watermelon and these herbal remedies.
On a very positive note, I did notice today that my kidneys are mildly filtering waste. This is really exciting because this is the Natural healing system working for me.
Be light, eat fresh, live Naturally.
Best birthday bash ever, dancing to the New Orleans jazz samba funk, we truly are blessed to know you Azizi! May your new year allow you to expand in light and love and ever new joy!
Hops, growing fresh on the vine. "The dried, flowering part of the plant is used to make medicine. Hops is used for anxiety, inability to sleep (insomnia) and other sleep disorders, restlessness, tension, excitability, attention deficit-hyperactivity disorder (ADHD), nervousness, and irritability." - webmd
I really am so grateful for learning about medicinal herbs. Sometimes I am so reactive and irritable.Iit's a life long journey of calming mental chatter and embracing emotions instead of resisting. Making hop tea provides a soothing tonic and rehearing beverage.
All available in Nature's Apothecary 🌿🌅☺️
I had such a blast serving dinner in a beautiful garden the other night. These are lettuce tacos full of amazing herbs from the garden like oregano, thyme, purslane, sorrel and a spiced cashew young coconut filling with avocado and red bell pepper. Living food workshops are being planned right now, I'm so energized to share my passion with the world.
This lovely fruit skewers plate with coconut mint hint sauce, is from the recent private dinner party I catered for a lovely group in the garden at @citybloom87
I had too much fun serving these fresh creations and know that I want to teach workshops on living foods recipes.
I'm planning my new business services and products, seasoning all with lots of love and enthusiasm.
Loving this new year, 35 years young feeling alive ready to thrive!
I count my blessings this thirty-fifth birthday. I'm so grateful for my wife and girls who teach me everyday that #lovewins every time.
I love you 😘
So, a man walks into a salad bar and fell head over heels for Zoodles 😜 and they lived happily ever after
