Yesterday was really good when testing my maxes on bench and deadlift. Hit 275 for 2 sets of 1 and hit 505 on deadlift. My lockout on deadlift is my only weakness now so I will have to work on that before the meet. #4weeksout#dupowerlifting#dupl
