Happy Women's Day! Special shout out to my Mom who had to take care of these 3 knuckle heads.
🇭🇰 🌄 Hong Kong Hiking Crew right before we went paragliding. Just kidding about the last part.
A Dutchman, Frenchman, Malaysian, Taiwanese and Chinese explore a Japanese fish market.
They all ask about our election 😑.
Food courts (I hesitate to even call them that) in big department stores in Tokyo are amazing. I probably spent the first 30 minutes doing laps and hyper-ventilating at how good everything looked.
Day 2 in London: You know those friends that you don't see for 7 years but when you see them you're kind of mad you don't get to see them all the time? That's these 2 (now 3!). Traveling is great but seeing old friends and eating schnitzel together is really what it's all about.
Day 1 in London: Traveling alone takes a little adjusting too. The biggest downside being you can't order as much food at an amazing Indian place (Dishoom) as you want. Upside is I love kind of walking around aimlessly and stumbling onto things which is easy alone. I wandered all around Shoreditch today and loved it. Made friends with the people at the chocolate shop where we played the "is this a thing in the US?" game. Apparently ice cream sandwiches and the super bowl are a more controversial than I'd previously realized. Pro-tip of the day from my father "don't follow strangers and stay at reputable places." Good advice.
