Ate a lot of points today! Ive been holding the same weight for a little over two weeks now. I've read that sometimes if you eat your weekly points it boosts weight loss. I told myself I'd eat every weekly this week to see how it works. I'm clearly an over achiever. 😂 Maybe this will boost that matabolism and help me drop my last 5lbs until goal.
