Within an hours time Eli smashed a floor length mirror in our bedroom and proceeded to walk through the pieces then rolled head first down our concrete stoop. We had already planned on getting donuts to make up for Jonah's morning fussiness after staying up too late at the Preds game and Caleb being awake every 2 hours last night... so now I might just have to order lunch too. In case you're worried about Eli though, he's completely fine and is currently avoiding a nap by singing Old Macdonald out of his bedroom window.
The infinite mess of our living room vs the infinite squishiness of this baby. (Spoiler- kissing those chunky cheeks wins every time)
4 months//18 months. 17lbs//27lbs. 27in//31in 😳 I have a feeling Caleb is going to catch up with Eli sooner rather than later #aretheytwins Then they both got 3 shots and I instantly regretted having them both seen on the same day 😭 also- people who say "wow you really have your hands full" when they have no intention of helping me with my extremely full hands are my least favorite kind of people. Yep, Thanks, I know 🙄
A busy morning of egg hunting and basket opening. Happy Easter!
Wasn't planning on joining the boys for a photo (I would have maybe brushed my hair 🤦🏼♀️) but thankful to have this moment captured with both of these babies. My eyes are tired, I'm a little sweaty from all the chasing but my arms and my heart are full ❤️
Baby and a bunny 🐰
Eli and Caleb's first egg hunt! Unsurprisingly Eli was pretty indifferent about the experience. He picked up 4 eggs total after A LOT of coaxing, but mostly just stomped on the ones he didn't see in the grass while he wandered aimlessly 😂 he was excited to play on the big kid playground and see his teacher Ms Pam though and Caleb was just along for the ride haha
Happy birthday to this man who holds us all together. He works tirelessly to make each of us happy everyday of the week and I'm glad he could spend his day doing something that HE loves- watching the Braves on opening day. I love you Keith! Here's to making 31 your best year yet, we're all certainly glad we get to spend it with you.
Tub painting and time killing 🎨
Breakfast with just the babes.
When family memories are mostly memorable because of how epically they fail. Eli pulled the table cloth off the table which smashed a full dozen eggs and then slam dunked some others leaving our table dyed pink. Jonah lost interest after one egg, we didn't have vinegar, the colors were ehh, the crayon was broken. We literally dyed 6 eggs and all agreed to just give up 😂 Easter 2017 here we go!
