Today is new moon and regardless of where the moon is dancing in the sky, I like to jump on beds. Or beds like me jumping on them. The mattress on this bed isn't the springiest so you kinda gotta put more spring in your knees. The height of the ceiling is high enough my head doesn't hit the ceiling! I'd rate it a 4.5/10 bed jump. Cosmic buddyship, tea, snacks and bed jumps for new moooooon in Leo. //
oooh.. Emoji dominos, who wants to play? You Just have to pair colours. If there's more than one colour in an emoji, then you can switch colours! πŸ’›πŸ¦ - can then go to 🦁πŸ’₯ that can then go to - πŸ’₯?

LOVEVICE.COM launched today. I wanted a place away from social media to document my storytelling and photography on a public platform to detach from my inner critic. My parents told me art would get me nowhere and it was a waste of time so I never did anything with photography despite winning a few prizes as a youngster. My English teacher was completely uninspiring and put me on detention every week for stapling my assignments incorrectly. This project comes at a time in my life where my heart is tender and by diving into the dark hole, you know there is a fcking awesome rainbow at the end.. it still sucks being in the dark hole! LOVEVICE is a work in progress and far from perfect but it's a starting point that puts fire back in belly. It focuses on intentional travel experiences and digging beyond the cement of cities to get to the soil and to share the wisdom of our ancestors who planted the seeds. Thank you all for being part of the co-creation πŸ’– #fullmoon

I'm brainstorming ideas on how to have deeper connections with humans. "How are you?" is kind of vanilla, especially if a vanilla response like "I'm fine" (aka Feelings Inside Not Expressed) is automatically given. Sometimes, I don't even want to use words and wish we could use telepathy to be our main form of communication. Can we play a game!!!? In between words and telepathy, what 3 emojis best describes how the month of June went for you? Here are my 3: πŸ’©πŸ˜πŸ™ƒ

Resonating with the poetry of of r.h Sin, Amanda Lovelace and Rupi Kaur finding myself out of flow and feeling the need to energetically purge. There are a few ways to purge. Crying. Always good. Squats! Probably the most efficient 'quick fix' for moving e-motions (energy in motion). Then there's writing... There's release writing and Journaling. Journaling is writing with the intention of reflecting back at a later date, release writing is when you rapidly write without thought; whatever you are feeling or have been holding inside that you would never say aloud. After you finish, you shred or burn. I've been invited to teach at Goddess circle in Phnom Penh and initially was judgy around the name 'goddess' circle but have been drawn towards diving into Angkor mythology and Goddess lore, using these stories as frameworks that can be applied to your human experience. If you have any favourite tales you were told, please share. Very much looking forward to using my wounds to turn into wisdom which will help build a supportive community here in Cambodia πŸ‘ŠπŸ’₯

Starting off the morning epically moist! Last night before bed, I moved my plant closer to the bed so I would wake up with my face in its leaves. Waking up and feeling your human form is alive when a quarter of a million people die of natural death each day... Are you smiling right now!? You are alive!! Ooo, then it gets better with the sun and plant kissing my face.. And because I'm alive, I may as well celebrate with a tea party in bed!!! And because I can, I got tea drunk on two different types of teas; white tea and pu'erh twigs from the late 90s! //
For those of you wondering what the heck I'm doing in Cambodia, I'm launching a couple of projects very very soon. They involve taking the joy of play, infusing it with the practical, chucking on some woo-woo shanti to facilitate self-growth, mind expansion and evolving collective consciousness. It's all a bit silly, it's all a bit serious but I hope you too will be able to transform your wounds into wisdom. I cannot wait to co-create magic with you all πŸ’–πŸ’¦

When people ask "what's your passion," it's kind of a weird one... Passion stems from the Latin root "to suffer" (Christ.. On the cross.. Death..). Muggles evolved the word to mean "love or desire or devotion" over time and this is where I find myself - defining what my passion is or what my passions are. I'm diving deep into my sh*ttiest situations and asking 'what are you teaching me?' What insecurities am I compensating by being a wandering citizen of the world? How do I evolve by reframing my suffering like the word passion? If you ever want to find your passion, take a look at those moments of suffering and see if you can extract the wisdom that's hiding underneath. Let's evolve from suffering to loveπŸ’–

Every year, I slip offline to slip into humanness. Humans are influenced by society and conditioned to believe something is missing and seeking outside of yourself will fill that void. This belief may be applied to relationships in that one person can fill your voids. Getting likes on a post or love from another person can become an addiction where we seek to gain that worth from outside of ourselves. People and platforms aren't there to make us feel whole because we already are, their purpose is to expand us further.
More on relationships... Sometimes, when we attract this love, we get scared and push it away, because we doubt our own lovability. When we doubt our own lovability it makes us do some sabotaging things. I've been on the receiving and giving end of this. We are human. It happens. Rather than ask "why did it happen to me?" reframe the question to "what am I learning?" Let go of holding onto these stories from the past, they don't identify you. When we hold onto our story too much, it gets us in a trap of consistently attempting to heal the past, rather than make the behavioral choices that create what we want in the present and for the future. Get out of your head and into your body, get off the screens and dig your toes in the soil. πŸ’“πŸ™πŸ¦

Regardless of where I am in the world, every morning flows the same: 21 minute animal workout, 7 min cold shower, meditation or breathwork (currently loving wim hof), tea, writing (dream and/or release) then I'm ready to interact with humans. When you feed your body with nourishing experiences, you don't have physical hunger. Dieting is a load of πŸ’©. If you want longevity with health, you need to be making lifestyle changes, not quick fix solutions. Find your light and kiss it good πŸ’›πŸŒž

Thank you Myanmar. I will return. This pic is of me being guided by reindeer spirit after discovering @gordonpatrickpeters was in Yangon the first night I arrived. His friend owns a taco truck and we piled into the back. The truck couldn't handle the back fan and lights so we chose the fan, being driven around in the dark.. I will also mention, we.. (being 5 adult sized humans and the reindeer shown here) had a case of beer, a bottle of whiskey a ukulele and all the ingredients to bust out tacos n burritos. After being crooned by ukulele in the semi-dark (phones have light!) and no idea where we were, we finally reached our destination.. Outside the French school we parked. They were having a regular event French Love Friday where there were a bunch of police. The officer in command told us to move along and we couldn't park. My boss has always told me 'no' means 'know' so I applied this wisdom and traded parking space for tacos. I guess the word spread Yangon had a taco truck. I doubt the police knew what tacos were bc they seriously looked perplexed when we offered them meat n cheese wrapped thingies but they did send a huge truck of more cops..Reindeer spirit wanted to connect. Myanmar has been epic! Thank you!! #throwback #yangon #frenchlovefriday #myanmar
