Got to go to an IKEA store weeks before it opens as part of a work project, & learned that they have to put together every piece of furniture you see in the store.

Just like the rest of us.
(Also, very cool to see how designs are put together)

How those "minor" fixes can mean flying in a part, then a day or more worth of travel to do the work.
How an entire community will show up to help because they know the importance (the guy in the striped shirt is the kindergarten teacher!). This is saving lives.
If I had the money, I would fund the redevelopment of the Boali Falls resort, and then just go as often as I wanted. So, so beautiful!
