Dinner at Quintonil was amazing last night. Cactus ceviche with beetroot and orange; clam with beef tongue; rice with snow crab; avocado tartare with "Mexican caviar"; salbut with wild mushrooms; peas in a chia tomato broth; swordfish with radishes and asparagus; duck with fig, almond purée, and hibiscus; frozen cake with pink nicuatole; and almond seed ice cream with lemon "marble". We also saw Joan Roca, Yoshihiro Narisawa, Gastón Acurio, and Andoni Luis Aduriz dining there too. The atmosphere went from 1 to 11 when they arrived.
