We were sitting in the park watching a guy do some tagging with his purple filt marker on a bench close to us. A friend of his came carrying something in his hand: "look!". In his hand was a piece of concrete and on it was the biggest fly/insect I have ever seen. It was doing circles on the small stone – over and over again. I asked if I could take its portrait.

On the last trip to Italy I dropped my old Carl Zeiss Jena Pancolar lens in the ground. The zoom became dented and stiff to handle. My plan was to repair it, but since these lenses can be found easily and cheap, I decided to get a 2nd copy.
