🇯🇵 & 🇺🇸
Capturing moments as I adventure around.
This is a trail off of a pull of on the road to Bruce Canyon. Great trail to stretch your legs real quick. Literally a 5 minute hike to this spot...Wish I knew what this area was called. 😿
I love views where you can see so many 'layers' of mountains. In this photo you can see the untouched sand, then the pines in the sand below this dune I was on, then the set of mountains behind them, and if you look closer, you can see the other set of mountains on the horizon. I love capturing lines in a scene that you can only see from certain angles.
I spy with my little eye a waterfall. 🏞
That pine to the far right is almost 200 years old according to the plaque under it. Crazy to think someone had to come out over these sand dunes with this plaque to put down under this tree that has seen decades of change in the landscape. What a tree 🌲

'Shaka'----I want to start doing more double exposure shots. The issue is getting the shutter speed and ISO settings right..Thanks to @jakebaesler letting me practice this past weekend.
Some times all you need is to get away. The sunset this past weekend was very worth hiking up the snowy trail.

I think some of the trails on Antelope Island are very underrated. Everytime I get on that island I forget I'm in Utah.
Just so you know, during the warmer seasons Antelope Island is just home to some big bugs that do not care about the amount of bug spray you have on. But this time of year, although you may have some cold wind, there are barely any bugs! In my opinion, it is the best time of year to visit!
Sunsets on this island are always stunning.
'Look at that.' Taken this past Friday.
Picture from yesterday's quick getaway. Got to love those sunsets at Antelope Island.
Missing those road trip views. I actually don't mind being in the back seat and enjoying the change in scenery.
