Life with a cat isn't always sugar and spice. This little brat decided to chew this #spiderplant that I spent weeks prepping for propagation. I finally potted it and in two days, it was his new toy. Thanks, Sammie.
Here is a portrait of our cat Sammie. He followed my husband home in June 2016. He was probably a month old and the vet said he was dehydrated and malnourished. @ferdinandonesa took care of him and we brought him with us to Canada. He's full of energy and spunk. He is still learning to behave but at the end of the day, he just wants cuddles under the sheets and to bathe in the sunshine.
You're cute when you're not being a brat. 😸
This little guy has really captured our hearts ♥️ He insisted on morning cuddles while we watched Netflix and chilled. 📸: @ferdinandonesa
@maggieboydceramics is one of my ceramics teachers and she's just down right amazing. Here, she is showing us how to build a teapot by hand. 🤚
This photo is resting on one of my favourite ceramic sculptures I've made for myself, a banana peel. It was my first class with her and one of my peels had broken off. I was ready to give up on it but she assured me that I can fix it during the glazing process. She taught me not to give up and to try different ways because let's face it, there's always more than one way to get something done. And so I did, and it turned out to be my fave. 🍌 Thank you Maggie ❤️
When we were still powering through our jet lag ❤🇨🇦
Met up with a cool lady with an extraordinarily green thumb. @foliosa started really getting into plants about 5 years ago. It's been really therapeutic for her and she's been so great at helping us noobs with our home plants. Spreading the green! 🌎🌿 Thanks Britt!
Here is one of my pottery teachers. She's a sweetie and is super talented. When I have doubts about my work, she gently reminds me that I shouldn't give up. If I'm not happy with a piece, I can just start over. Thank you @chateaudejulz for being an amazing teacher and friend. ❤ I've certainly learned a lot from you.
