This is our little house in Siargao. It's real charming. We cooked dinner for a few friends today with fish and veggies we picked up from the market. Peters is good with his fish. Paige is an amazing host and keeps everything tidy. It feels real homey even if I'm far away from home right now.
That's Mike in blue on the right and Mark in white on the left. They are my favourite twins and I love them like they were my little brothers and his family like they were my own family. I took this photo 12 years ago on my birthday here on Siargao Island. We had just finished having a picnic dinner at the tower and we were all feeling a little playful. They've grown up not only to be champion surfers but also as some of sweetest, smartest and most respectful young men I've met in my life. I'm posting this because I try and come back as much as I can on my birthday to spend it with these boys, they just graduated last week and so another reason to celebrate. It's all bittersweet though because Mike got into a very serious accident earlier today and he needs all the positive vibes and fundraising we can give. Let me know if you want to help, I can send you a private message.
This is how I feel right now. 😊
Finally reached our destination. Home for the next few weeks.
Sent this print to LA today ☺️ feeling gooood. #35mm
