The family has caught my #WOD Fever. Skipped class today to try a mini workout with the kiddos. Now we're all sweaty and ready for the day! Shout out to @crossfitenforce for the Inspo. My 4yo joined in too but called it quits after to 2 sets and cheered us on the rest of the way. #WODSquad #TeamButler #ButlerStrong

Humble brag. Messed up on my #mealprep forgetting to pick up fresh Cod from the store. Last minute save thanks to google and a well stocked fridge. Broccoli cauliflower rice with chicken sausage and Italian sauce. Coming in under 350cal, 8 carbs, 24 protein and 21 fat. Gonna have a shake to even out those macros and keep me from indulging late night.

I hate that I've become that guy who posts pictures of his food especially since I'm responsible for maybe 1/3 of it thanks to @kelley_butler's hard work. But can't help but want to capture this if only as a reminder of what healthy eating looks like. Something to continue to strive for and be proud of. Gotta Wolf this down so I coach some flag football in an hour! #cleaneating #colorfulplate #eattolive #postwodmeal
