Humble brag. Messed up on my #mealprep forgetting to pick up fresh Cod from the store. Last minute save thanks to google and a well stocked fridge. Broccoli cauliflower rice with chicken sausage and Italian sauce. Coming in under 350cal, 8 carbs, 24 protein and 21 fat. Gonna have a shake to even out those macros and keep me from indulging late night.
I hate that I've become that guy who posts pictures of his food especially since I'm responsible for maybe 1/3 of it thanks to @kelley_butler's hard work.
